We do not do subtle,

Velvet Rouge started in a two-chair walk-up on Bedford Avenue with one rule: nobody leaves looking like they arrived. Fourteen years and three rooms later, the rule hasn't changed.

Our artists train for eighteen months before they touch a client. Every lash is isolated, every nail is e-filed, and every set is photographed so your next visit starts exactly where the last one ended.
