Bringing a reference.

Bring as many as you like. What helps most is not the prettiest photograph but the one closest to your own eye shape, nail bed or brow density — and we will tell you honestly which parts of it are achievable on you.

Roughly a third of consultations end with a set that is not the reference. Usually it is because the reference is a strip lash, a filter, or a set that would not survive a fortnight on the natural lashes in front of us.

We would rather adjust the plan at the start than apologise for it at the end.
